The error message: "Error on page" notice in bottom left of screen with a black exclamation point inside of a yellow triangle; double clicking on the error message gives these details: Line 525 Char 4 error: the callee (server {not server application}] is not available and disappeared; all connections are invalid. The call did not execute. Code: 0
How to get the website transaction to process:
1. Refresh the web page. Then try the transaction again. If this does not work, go to step 2. 2. Go to "Tools", "Internet Options", then select "Delete cookies" and "Delete files". This clears the files saved with the website and forces them to reload upon selection of the website. Then try the transaction again. If this does not work, go to step 3. 3. Clear the java cache. Go to the "Start" on your computer's menu bar, select "Settings" and then "Control Panel". Select the Java Plug-in. Click on the Cache tab. Click the "Clear" button to clear the cache. Close all browser sessions, then try the web page again. 4. If this does not work, you may have an incompatible java version with the applets running on the web page or there may be a java bug in the website itself. Users may consider upgrading their java or informing the site administrator of the problem. |
