TEX-MEX restaurant the Texican Cafe on Manchaca. 
 
Not only are the margaritas perfectly mixed and salted (or not...your choice), but the food is to die for. 
 
 Your mouth will just water when you smell the unique blend of peppers (native to El Paso) that make up the complimentary red salsa appetizer. 
 
If fajitas are your thing, you'll love the warm homemade tortillas made fresh to order.  Top it off with fried ice cream for dessert, and you couldn't ask for more. 
 
They even offer a delicious breakfast buffet every Sat morning.  From the friendly staff to the off beat art covering the walls, Texican Cafe holds true to the Austin spirit of keeping it original and awesome!
