MS PowerPoint
It may seem difficult to narrate in Microsoft PowerPoint, but it can be easy if you follow a few key steps. First of all, make your presentation, making sure to save your progress as you go. Once you are finished, select the first slide that you are going to narrate. Go to 'slide show' in the ribbon at the top of the page. Directly below the words 'slide show' you will see 'record narration'. When you click it, a dialog box will appear giving you options and an 'ok' button. You can adjust the options if you choose to, otherwise click 'ok'. Another dialog box may appear asking if you want to begin narrating at the current slide or the first slide. Click one of the options and begin narrating. When you are finished, another dialog box will appear asking if you want to save the timings with each slide, click save and you are finished!

Be sure to have high quality audio or the value of narrating the presentation is lost.
